Workshop will be at Shalom UCC, 505 McMurray Street in Richland, from 10:00 am till 2:30 pm. The topic of the workshop will be Meditation and Ethical Behavior. Kobai is the spiritual
director of Plum Mountain Buddhist Community in the Grays Harbor area of western Washington.

September 16th, 2010. Beginning meditation classes |

Classes will cover the basics of Buddhist meditation and practice. The meditation taught will be based on Vipassana (Insight Meditation), but the classes are open to all who are interested in meditation for any reason; an interest in Buddhism isn't necessary. Classes will be held for four consecutive Thursdays from 9-16 through 10-7, and will meet at Shalom UCC, 505 McMurray Street in Richland, from 6:00 pm till 7:15 pm.
